Here at Freedom Church, we believe in the power of prayer. Every Wednesday night, Freedom Church gathers at 6:45pm to pray together. This coming Wednesday, the 12th, we will have a special emphasis on praying for the missionaries and ministries that we partner with as a church. Freedom Church Crookston invites you to huddle up at 5pm at Oak Court Apartments for the biggest game of the year!. And because superbowl food never fumbles, we would love it if people could bring dishes or snacks to share! We are excited to announce that Kids Connect will be kicking off this Thursday, February 6th right here at Freedom Church Crookston! All kids kindergarten through 5th grade are invited to join us for worship, dancing, games, and a Bible lesson every Thursday from 6:30 to 8pm. Our goal is to provide a fun way for kids in our church to connect with the Word of God and grow in their relationship with Jesus. It’s going to be a blast! We’ll see you there.

Calling all women of Freedom Church! The first Sisterhood event of 2025 will be happening on Saturday, January 18th. We invite you to bring a friend and come hangout and fellowship with the other women of Freedom Church at the Ember Coffeehouse at 10am. Childcare will also be provided during the Sisterhood Event from 10am - 11:30am on the third floor of Freedom Church, Grand Forks.

God Strong Gym would like to invite you to an event made especially for men. We will hear a message to encourage us to be Godly men in this fallen world and John Clay will teach us proper exercise and deadlifting technique. There will also be a healthy supply of pasta to enjoy!
Childcare will be provided from 10am - 11:30am on the third floor of Freedom Church, Grand Forks.

Attention families! On Sunday, December 29th, Freedom Kids will be joining us in the main service to worship together as one family! Nursery will still be provided for children four years old and younger in our kids area. We can’t wait to worship together as a family!

 The holidays can be especially tough for those grieving the loss of a loved one, and we understand how challenging this season can be. In light of that, we invite you to join us for a special time of community, love, and support. On Sunday, December 22nd at 6:30, Freedom Church will hold an “Empty Chair Service,” a gathering designed to offer comfort and healing to those who are navigating grief during the holiday season. We hope this time provides peace and encouragement in this difficult time.

Attention Freedom Kids! Our annual Birthday Party for Jesus celebration is right around the corner! On Sunday, December 8th, 4-6pm in Grand Forks and on Saturday, December 14th, from 3-5pm in Crookston, we invite you to join us at Freedom Church to celebrate Jesus’s birthday with games, snacks, a puppet show, and more! This is a fun event for children and families of Freedom Church centered on celebrating the birth of Jesus. Mark your calendars for this special celebration! We’ll see you there.

Get ready for Crookstons annual Winter Wonderland festivities! We’re thrilled to open our doors to the community and celebrate this special time of year. Join us at Freedom Church Crookston on December 5th from 4-6pm for hot chocolate, fun activities for kids, and festive cheer for the whole family.

At Freedom Church, we love blessing our community, and one of our favorite ways to do that is by opening up our Grand Forks location for the annual the Hollydazzle Festival of Lights! Every year, Freedom Church hosts the children’s activities of this event, and serves hundreds of families in the Grand Forks area. Hollydazzle will take place on Sunday, November 24th. It’s that time of year again for Operation Christmas Child! We invite you to pick up a box in the connections area to fill it with toys, hygiene items, clothes, and other gifts for children in less fortunate areas around the world. These boxes will be due back at Freedom Church on Sunday, November 24th or you can drop them off at the office during the week prior.

Attention volunteers, if you are an active volunteer or wanting to be at Freedom Church Crookston, we would love to invite you to our upcoming Volunteer Night!  From Freedom Kids, hospitality, tech, photography, worship team, and more- your serving impacts the church in amazing ways and we’re excited to continue the growth of our volunteer teams and their members. This Volunteer Night will be an incredible opportunity for volunteer teams to come together, grow their training, and enjoy a meal together. This event will take place at Freedom Church Crookston, starting at 4:30PM.
