What is a Freedom Church Internship?
PERSONAL DISCIPLESHIP
Every intern will take time to personally develop in their walk with the Lord. Pastor Jared will lead the interns through personal development books as well as go through the 13 core values of Freedom Church in order to instill them in our hearts and lives. Interns will meet with Pastor Jared together at Freedom Church Grand Forks every Thursday from 2pm-4pm.
MINISTRY EQUIpPING
Specialized online courses will be assigned to each intern depending on their internship track. These courses will equip the intern with knowledge and skills that are useful in their chosen ministry. Interns will also meet with their ministry track advisor once a week.
HANDS-ON EXPERIeNCE
Each intern will be able to participate in serving alongside their advisor in their chosen ministry track. This will provide the intern with valuable experience in preparing and facilitating ministry while shadowing their advisor. Responsibilities and duties will depend on the individual intern as well as the needs of the ministry.
